Tasty trends at Simpsons
To ensure we keep up-to-date with the latest trends that are shaping the catering industry, we recently parachuted one of our senior chefs into a different working environment.
Our development chef, Ryan Holmes, spent some time working alongside the chef brigade at the wonderful Michelin-starred Simpsons restaurant in Edgbaston, Birmingham last month. We believe this kind of initiative gives our chefs a fantastic insight into the emerging trends that are shaping the catering industry at various levels.
What Ryan experienced in the Simpsons kitchen environment has already given us some food for thought when enhancing our client offering - and guaranteeing an even more memorable service.
