Keith wins top award
Keith Dawe, our Senior Operations Manager, has won the 'Group Area Manager of the Year' award at the recent 2012 Lunch Business Grab & Go Awards in London.
The Grab & Go Awards aim to reward excellence in the 'eating out of home' market were judged by Martyn Herriott at the Beverage Standards Association, Peter Backman at Horizons and Sophie Elwes at the Sustainable Restaurant Association.
Keith, who works hard to ensure the smooth running of 17 high-profile Catermasters client sites and is renowned for the strength of his relationships with clients and staff alike, beat off stiff competition to win the 'Group Area Manager of the Year' title.
He said: "I'm thrilled to have won an industry award like this. It's great to know that people outside of the Catermasters business have recognised how much work and dedication goes in to looking after our client sites. I have to say a big thank you to everyone that I work with – especially Matt Grainger, my Senior Support Manager – whose skills and enthusiasm make my job so enjoyable and rewarding."
Maria Bracken, Deputy Editor at Lunch Business Magazine, presented Keith with his shiny winner's trophy at the London Art House last night. She said: "The food to go industry is a growing and dynamic market and it's a pleasure to reward individuals like Keith that have really made a difference in this industry."
